On June 16, 2025, Fujian Provincial Department of Education announced the 2025 “AI+Education” typical application cases (Min Education [2025] No. 8). “Baizor Chinese Smart Language Learning Platform” was selected as one of 42 provincial typical cases, recognizing Baizor’s innovation in AI-powered education.

Policy context

To implement the national education strategy and provincial requirements, Fujian organized the “AI+Education” typical case collection. After recommendation and expert review, 42 typical cases were selected, representing the latest outcomes and best practices in smart education in Fujian.

Selected case: Baizor Chinese Smart Language Learning Platform

The platform is self-developed by the National Language Service Export Base. It uses AI, big data, and NLP to deliver an integrated software-hardware smart language learning solution.

Core technology: (1) Four AI capabilities — assessment (speaking, essay, text difficulty), speech recognition (≥95%) and synthesis, smart tutoring (ability profile, knowledge map). (2) Adaptive recommendation — learner profile, personalized content, learning paths. (3) Multimodal interaction — speech, AI dialogue, immersive environment. (4) Smart classroom — cloud desktop, 86-inch smart blackboard, 55-inch multimodal screens.

Application: University international Chinese education, overseas Chinese schools, enterprise job Chinese (e.g. Xiangyu Indonesia OSS, Adora Cruises, Gulangyu), and pre-arrival training for overseas students.

The selection demonstrates provincial recognition of Baizor’s role in AI+education innovation.
