In September 2025, China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) 2025 was held in Beijing. CIFTIS is a global platform focused on trade in services. At this year’s event, themed “Global Services, Shared Prosperity,” 85 countries and international organizations exhibited, with 450+ Fortune 500 and industry-leading companies.

“Service Trade Demonstration Case” award

At CIFTIS, the National Language Service Export Base’s “Baizor Chinese · Smart Language Learning Platform” case won the “Service Trade Demonstration Case” award for its innovation, effectiveness, and exemplary value. This recognizes Baizor Chinese’s leading role in language service export.

Selection criteria

Cases must show innovation (in service model, technology, or business), effectiveness (clear economic or social impact), and demonstration value (replicable, influential for the industry).

Baizor platform at the fair

The base showcased Baizor Chinese Smart Language Learning Platform 2.0 — international Chinese accelerated education, smart language education technology, and resource development.

Highlights: AI assessment (speaking, essay, text difficulty); speech recognition (≥95%) and synthesis; smart tutoring (ability profile, knowledge map); multimodal interaction (voice, touch, face). Industry Chinese (steel, cruise, e-commerce). Smart classroom (cloud desktop, smart blackboard, multimodal screens).

Leadership visits

Officials from the Ministry of Commerce, Fujian Province, and Xiamen visited the booth, heard about the platform, and affirmed the overseas-Chinese-school language service brand and core products.

Partnership discussions with overseas Chinese enterprises, international cruise companies, overseas Chinese schools, and language service agencies on job Chinese training, digital solutions, and AI assessment licensing.

International Service Trade Forum

The base was invited to present at the 18th International Service Trade Forum, sharing Baizor’s innovation and experience in language service export, with positive feedback from experts.

Impact

Industry: Demonstrates technology innovation (AI+education), service model (online+offline), and industry-education integration for Belt and Road talent.

Xiamen: Along with other local enterprises, the base’s award highlights Xiamen’s strength in digital, language, and health services.

Outlook
